Executive Chef Matthew Hudson brings his unique style and expertise in contemporary American cuisine to the Grille at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Hooked on a culinary career at the age of fourteen, after his first kitchen job at the Harbor Inn in Clayton, NY, eventually led him to culinary school, an internship at Hotel Saranac in Saranac Lake, NY, and a Culinary Arts degree (with honors) from Paul Smith’s College.
He developed a heavy following from his years at the Lyric Bistro in Clayton, NY and further honed his skills as Sous-Chef for the prestigious Kent Manor Inn off Maryland’s eastern shore.
Chef Hudson continues to develop acclaim for his eclectic entrees, delightful daily specials, and creative use of fresh, natural ingredients – culminating in a masterful, elegant dining experience at the Grill at the Hilton Garden Inn.
